Meditation has taught me how to quiet my mind, clear my mind clutter and to just enjoy the peace.
Find what suits you. Silence, music, music videos, how to meditate videos. There are many online on youtube. I usually type in meditation and just find the one that suits me at the time.
Find the place to meditate that suits you. Outdoors, indoors, sitting, reclining or lying down as long as you are comfortable and relaxed.
Find the time each day to meditate undisturbed. Start off 5-10 minutes a day. That's enough to start off. When you are comfortable take 10-20 minutes and so on.
Use headphones for maximum effect for some types of meditation music. They work on both ears differently and block distractions.
Notice how much more relaxed you begin to feel through regular meditation and keep going. You are worth it.
