Hope, Endurance, Achievement, Fruit, Resilience

Hope when all else fails and all seems impossible.
Endurance when unwell and in staying well.
Achievement in getting well and keeping well.
Fruit life itself
Resilience for putting up with the whole process in the first place.

What the human spirit endures and achieves in mental health is quite phenomenal and it should not be undervalued or overlooked. It is not mindless suffering. It requires work to keep it right and real pointing to recovery with hope. How this is achieved is nothing short of a miracle.

While this ladder of events is going on there is a fluctuating capacity to claim and own your rights to a normal life and to defend those rights as they fluctuate when talking to society, politicians and employers.

The health of the person involved is the crucial factor and it is willing to flow back as the person tries to live life to the full. What a gift this is. Help it would seem is always on the way if we can only bare the pain of it repeating itself.

So it is important for society, politicians and employers to keep things right and real for sufferers so they can have a good chance of enduring their condition with whatever effort they can afford.
