Bob Makes Peace With His Struggles

Bob Considers His Struggles
To anyone looking in all that is observed is someone struggling, believes Bob . Struggling with confidence, struggling to tie his own shoe laces. A nervy person unable to inspire confidence in others.
He is eventually ignored after a few jokes are shared between those who seem to find life much easier. He has to forgive them. His youth is diminishing ,theirs is in full flood. He knows they should know better.
He wards off a feeling of exclusion and the need to be accepted. If that were to get hold he would sound ravingly irrational like a drunkard raging at the stars.A man with
a grievous fault captured in a rut with a chip on his shoulder . He would find himself in
an unhelpful groove getting lost inside a bad attitude.
Bob breaks this cycle of affliction when he has the strength to avoid it. A good He habit to practice , he believes.
He sees himself struggling with his confidence and self esteem towards an unknown future. It is hard and it is easy , up and down like a fishing boat surfing a gale.
Bob is content to outlive his difficulties , he accepts that history has been slow to
understand mental health. He has given up trying to describe it and explain it to everyone he meets as it is not compatible with everyday living.
However he did try to build a bridge between it and the reality generally perceived
and interested parties did listen. He is grateful to those listening ears and can now move on having laid a small stone on the river bed of reality.

EVERYDAY'S A BATTLE
