STRENGTHS

I've never identified with having strengths.  I'm so busy surviving that there isn't much time to stop and take stock of how I've managed in any given situation.  I usually feel a great sense of relief if I come out the other end relatively unscathed....phew!

Today, I will try to illuminate any strengths I may have.....My given situation is: Sitting at my keyboard attempting to attribute even one strength to myself...mmmm....omg...ive no idea, my mind is blank, what the hell?

Patience has come to mind, many people have said this to me over the years. I'm feeling conflicted with this one because I can be extremely patient with others, but not so much with myself. Also I sometimes feel/think that others take advantage of this strength of mine and this leaves me in a quandry where my strength can at times become a weakness...Arghhhh! What to do?

I've decided that for today at least I will focus on the positive aspects of my patient nature.

1. No rush for desired outcomes, take my time at my own pace...

2. Let others take their time too, at their own pace....

3. Let this feeling of patient calmness wash over me...Ahhh Patience!!!

4. Wellness is on the horizon and I'm patiently manouvering my way there....
